
Today was spent working on Pierogi MADNESS. Variety up the wah-zoo resulted in flavors including cheese, saurkraut, and potato. To make things even better, left over dough was used to make kluski. I need to give it up to my brother who led the troops into battle with his mighty flour well. Dad dished out the filling, Lindsey crimped, Kathy dunked, and I melted the butter. In other polish news, the HMRC Church polish Dozynki festival kicks off in two weeks and has many exciting events planned. The childrens tent will feature the Polish Muppets including Kermitzski, and Gonzonski. Also, the Orgorki Dill Pickle Battle will feature two entries from Dave Betts kitchen.
